We don't write our own testimonials — we don't have to. These are the words of real NEPA families who trusted Chris and Ryan to build or renovate their home.
“I live in Virginia and last year, in 2025, we hired Denzal Construction to build a forever home for our family in Northeastern PA. Building a new home is such a huge and personal experience, and choosing the right construction company was one of the biggest decisions we had to make. The challenges that come with managing a large home build long distance were great, but looking back, we honestly could not be happier with the decision we made and choosing Denzal Construction for the job.
From the very beginning, during the planning and design stages, all the way through to the final finishing touches, Denzal was professional, dependable, and genuinely committed to doing things the right way. We had a long list of custom asks to make sure the home was not just handicap accessible, but made with wheelchair living in mind on every level. This included custom details in doorways, entrances, bathrooms and even installing an elevator which can be a challenge for residential construction. Denzal paid attention to the little details that might easily be overlooked, and that attention to detail made a huge difference in the finished home. Denzal was willing to work with us long distance and work with family nearby in proxy to take care of paperwork, meetings and inspections. Chris was patient and responsive. He and Ted walked through each design choice and were easy to contact and consult with even when we requested changes to the design.
We were especially impressed with the quality of the subcontractors Denzal brought onto the project. Every trade we worked with was professional and took pride in their work. The coordination required to build an entire house is enormous, and they did an excellent job managing all of the different pieces and people involved.
Throughout the entire process, we felt that they cared about the quality of our home and not just about getting the project finished. They were timely, responsive, professional, and willing to address questions and challenges along the way. There were a lot of moving parts, but they consistently kept things moving forward.
What means the most to us is that we absolutely love the house they built for us. When we walk through our home and see all of the finished details, we can appreciate the amount of work, planning, coordination, and craftsmanship that went into it. From the foundation underneath the house to the paint and finishing touches we see every day, we feel that the quality of the work is evident.
We know that no major construction project is completely without challenges, but what really matters is how a company responds when those challenges arise. We always felt that Denzal Construction was willing to listen, communicate, problem-solve, and find a way to make things work.
We are incredibly grateful for the work they put into building our home and for the professionalism they showed throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build a home or take on a major construction project in northeastern PA.
If we could give Denzal more than 5 stars, we would. We are so happy with our home and feel very fortunate that we chose them to build our family forever home.”
